So, I like it how I update often. Monthly.

...seven days, and you know what that means...

My road test is scheduled for the 29th! That's a day late, but I'm not to worried. I can hardly imagine myself driving somewhere on my own. I just hope I remember to not die, especially during my test. I also have to remember that there's still a chance I might not get my license, like if I fail the tests or they find out I'm an illegal alien. But what are the odds of that? Seriously.

Mm, seven days...

P.S. That picture is Jeffrey Steingarten. Worst Iron Chef judge ever.

Yeah, so, wow. I almost forgot I had this, and I just probably lost a bunch of readers becasue this has been old for months.
Ok, that's not what the wow's about. It's July 26th, and as of now I've been asked to homecoming once. That's in like... 3 months. Planning ahead? I might preach it but I don't do it. I'm such a hypocrite. If it's time enough to be asked to homecoming, I shudder to think that we have to start working on floats and class t-shirts within the next month or so. POOP! I forgot this is the time of year I have to work on stuff!
As if that's not enough, the show music is really hard, especially when you're on 1st trumpet upper split. Above the staff all the way, homes, wake up and work on your chops. Ah well, Mike Brennan and I have each other to fall back on if we can't do it... that sounded gay... not that there's anything wrong with that...

Today was a half day, for me at least. When I got through my earth science final and successfully wasted an hour waiting for the bell to ring, I set off for home with Bryan, Luke, and Alex. We hung out, ate mini tacos, talked about and ate Splenda, you know, the usual. We decided there should be a video game about killing carnies, but then we decided it should be about Splenda instead. I mean, the stuff is so good and has no nutritive value! It's like eating nothing, only it tastes like sugar! YEAH! Plus, it has the ability cure anything unless otherwise contaminated with anal piss.
THEN...
I ate a taco.
THEN...
Jacob came by.
THEN...
Matt joined.
THEN...
We watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It gets less funny each time I watch it.
THEN...
Ashley and Jenna came by to study. Psh, studying is for the weak.
THEN...
Matt and I started making a pizza. By scratch. Everything from scratch. Even the dough.
THEN...
Kyle came by. He helps.
THEN...
Katie and Kendra and Tara came by. Number one, i never talk to these people (except Katie). Number two, they ruin Kyle's pizza sauce by throwing some mozzarella in it. Number three, they ask for sodas. One is left on my table with but a sip taken out of it. I HATE THAT!!!
THEN...
They left. We finish making pizza, breadsticks, and dessert breadsticks. All from scratch. And all tasty. We eat. We rejoice.
THEN...
Everybody leaves. That's a total of, let's see, nine people that came by today, and I fed them all. Don't get any ideas.

I wish i could use italics. How do you do it?

So I (italicized) thought that the trivia thing was a good idea. But we got ski over there who checks for updates every 5 seconds or so who had to complain. Plus I don't like giving out prizes. Works either way.

We had sectionals on monday, which was pretty uncool. We didn't do much, which is fine by me, but there were other things that bothered me. The noobs didn't talk much. They probably thought we are really weird people. Oh wait, we are. Really weird. Weirder than them. By far. But they seem pretty good to me. We should be a very good but weird trumpet section this year. And I have just one more thing to say about that: that fencing training that Ben Topping took is no joke. That kid can lightsaber fight like a jedi.

And anyone who would like to make fun of me, make sure NOT to leave your name, because I'm sure you'd rather hide behind the internet than say it in front of my face.

Alex:2 "Anonymous":1

No, Mr. K didn't think to hop on it and play with us. He's a poop. And right after they announce some things like top ten and 10% of the class everyone came off the stage and out of the audience and into the pit. Josh Martin played drums.
42.13 Degrees North Latitude and 83.22 Degrees West Longitude
Today was weird. I got home and realized I had a B+ in Warren's class. Yeah, for most of you out there, that's really good. But if you expect A's from yourself all the time, it's like failing. If it weren't for all the extra credit we've been doing and the huge 100 point report that's coming up, I think I probably would have kept it until the end of the year.
Also, I think I'm going to Relay for Life. But I have no idea of what we're gonna do there. It sounds pretty lame to me now, especially since we're not staying the night. But maybe we are. Don't know.
I'm going to see Star Wars tonight. Maybe it'll be good. Maybe it won't. Don't know. All I know is that popcorn and soda sounds pretty good to me right now.

Con Abrazo,
Alex

42.13 Degrees North Latitude and 83.22 Degrees West Longitude

I realized today that it is worthless to do homework. For me, all I have to do is my first and second hour work. Actually, I don't even have to do that because I have homework passes in each of those classes. Between third hour (Jazz Band) and lunch, I have an hour and thirty minutes to do any work I need.

If you have a Finale music product, ask me about the Ben Topping Theme, and you poets out there can think of some words.

I'm done.

42.13 Degrees North Latitude and 83.22 Degrees West Longitude

I learned a few key things today:

1. Half days are alright even if you don't pack your basement full of people.
2. People read infos too often (myself included). The news of this journal got around too fast. I think.
3. Katie fears me.
4. Brittany Derupa is a good person. Well, I already knew that, but I have a renewed respect for her. I think (hope) we've set aside our differences for the most part.
5. I need to get better at being president.
6. Smoothies are not worth spending all of your pocket cash on.
7. There's not really a number seven, I just like the number.

That about sums it up. I hope you're not bored already.

42.13 Degrees North and 83.22 Degrees West
There was a half day today, so Kyle and Katie and I came back here. We didn't do much except for eating pizza, making babies, and creating this Live Journal. I was never a real big fan of Livejournals, but seeing everybody with either one of these or a Xanga or whatev was kind of tempting. It's all a matter of keeping myself motivated. But anywho...
I'm class president again. Throw me ideas you have about any or all of the following:
-senior prom location
-class t-shirt
-class sponsor (saying as though Mr. Clements might not have his job next year (cut Dr. Doyle, not teachers))

If you'd also like to comment on how bad a president I am, you can also do that here. Or vise versa.
